Learn about birds and how to paint them with convincing form and color. We will work from reference photos and explore the basics of bird anatomy, proportions and features.

Students will learn how to use the qualities of watercolors to create beautiful paintings. Students will look at how to figure out which details to focus on and paint realistically and which features can be represented more loosely.
