This is a five-week workshop for people who want to continue learning techniques for creating art with colored pencils.  Students will be encouraged to choose amongst various underpainting, blending and finishing techniques to complete a composition. 

The raspberries on this listing will be one of the class projects, covering color pencil work on black paper. The other project will be the hummingbird.

Rhonda will guide you through steps of transferring an image, deciding on a background, and building up layers of colored pencil to create an image with depth and detail.  She will provide materials such as solvents, inks, fixative and background paints/pastels along with picture references.
