Carving images for Valentines Day Saturday, February 8 6:00pm - 9:00pm $50
Come spend the evening trying a new art medium in a relaxing setting. In our Drink & Ink sessions we will be carving images to print onto your own handmade set of greeting cards.. Snacks, beverages, instruction and all art supplies are included. All you bring is yourself.
If you’ve never tried printmaking this is a great way to be introduced. We’ll provided images for you to trace if you are not a drawer, carving tools designed for beginners, and an easy to carve printing block. You’ll be surprised at how satisfying it is to carve! We finish by printing our newly carved designs on cards. Everyone will leave with a set of their own hand printed cards.
For experienced printmakers you can bring your own tools and images to work with.
