Learn how to create dreamy underwater scenes in procreate. In this camp, you will learn how to create an underwater light effect to use in any digital drawing. Follow along a step by step project to create your very own underwater scene. All you will need is an iPad, stylus, and access to zoom.

All skill levels welcome!
