Come join Rhonda for a 3 week beginners colored pencil class.  This class is designed for those wanted to learn about the basic tools, materials and techniques involved in colored pencil art.   Topics will cover types of pencils and  papers, tools for blending, adding and lifting color, and color selection.  Techniques will include use of pressure, layering, blending and some under-painting techniques.  Two projects will be taught in class.  I will provide photo references and paper along with a few basic tools.
