Feeling Cooped Up? Here is the remedy . . .

We have all gone a little crazy for chickens; many households have added these beautifully adorned, personality plus critters to the roster of their pets. I am excited to announce the addition of a two session class dedicated to creating and designing your own flamboyantly feathered chicken. You will learn the basics of building a wire armature and then felting a rooster or hen in the color palette of your choice. This class goes beyond previous classes and adds new skills to what you have built so far, but a brave and crafty beginner could also be successful with a little extra coaching from the instructor.

Class includes:
• An easy-to-follow lesson on intermediate level needle felting
• Step-by-step directions to make and personalize your Chicken
• A selection of felting wool, feathers, armature wire, needles, and foam work surface needed during the class
• Techniques you can apply to a lot of other projects
• A finished project to give as a gift (if you can give it away, you may want to keep this sweet critter all for yourself)

As an added bonus, there are two colorways to choose from:

Kit A: Black and White and Red all Over, includes Satiny White and Raven Black (shimmery forest greens and purples), and Radiant Red assortment of curls, feathers and wool.

Kit B: Autumn Glory: Includes Russet, Goldenrod and Radiant Red assortment of curls, feathers and wool.

And that's not all, if you are as eggs - cited as I am about needle felting chickens, you can purchase an additional kit of alternate colorway during the registration process by selecting the primary kit of your choice and then adding the other to your basket as well.

And by reading all the way to the very end, you are learning that the kit also includes one more little bonus: the fiber and instructions for a wee little chick to add to the fun. The instructions will be easy enough to follow on your own after you have completed the class and my gift to you.
