Susan McManamen has spent many years painting in and around the tulip fields of Mt. Vernon. She will be answering questions large and small about how to work with oil paint while she demonstrates painting a field of Northwest Tulips. She will explain what materials you will need to get started in oils and share tips on great places to purchase them.
